
Having been at ZeroFox for about a year now, I continue to see that people are the main focus. I would like to see some compensation, both monetary and career-oriented, however, to better match the market. Leadership here is very accessible and willing to have a conversation.

In looking around the market, people with my knowledge and experience are making at least 6 figures. There is also company-paid training and other opportunities to expand knowledge that we are just not getting here.
