After all the changes last year and the ups/downs. I believe everyone is motivated to building a strong culture that makes work fun, exciting, and challenging.
They will always find a way to make time for myself and the team. Even if they are booked all day with meetings, they will get back to me at their earliest connivence and help if I need it. Also, building a culture of shared learning and having a growth mindset.
