Very helpful, kind and capable. Their communication style match what I need, especially my manager's.

My favorite teammates. Hunting and fixing bugs. I loveee solving bugs, so much. It makes me feel smart.

They seem to care about us. They pay us well. The managers I see in particular are so helpful and invested in us as people and workers.

Learning. Feeling accomplished when I finish a hard task. Feeling useful when I can help a teammate. The little 5-10 minutes of just talking with our teammates before the meetings actually start.

My salary is incredibly generous for the standards here in my country. I am happy to be able to afford things for me and my cats. I am happy to be able to treat myself with "unnecessary" things often.

I love my team. They're all extremely intelligent and caring people. I'd love to become closer friends with them if I didn't live so far away haha. I enjoy our occasional hang-outs when I'm willing and able to travel to the office.

They are just so nice and pleasant. I look forward to interacting with them even when it's not related to work. They are very considerate about my shyness and my not understanding jokes/sarcasm haha. (It goes without saying that they're also excellent at their jobs ofc)

The extra 8 days of PTO that are given to us on top of the legal 15 days, hands down. I am SO happy with my extra PTO. I can take some days of guilt-free. I had never had that before in a previous company. (This is in the Chile branch, I don't know about the rest)

I love to be able to raise my hand and say "hey I messed up here" or "hey I need help". I don't feel stupid or incapable when I make mistakes. I don't feel less-than for having autism. I'd love to have a close work friend but that speaks of me not knowing how to make friends on purpose
