It's the co-workers. They bring the culture.
Working with my team and co-workers.
I like my DIRECT leadership team. I feel supported and feel as though they generally listen to me, my feedback, and my ideas.
My team is hard working, positive, creative, and always encouraging. They push each other to do better, to be innovative, and to rise to any challenge.
They need to show they care about us as people, not cogs in a machine. There's been a vast change across the org and it no longer feels like a people first organization.
My team is collaborative, cares about helping each other, is curious, always wants to do what's best for the customer, and always wants to do what's best for each other. It feels familial in a good way.
I used to brag about the culture at ZeroFox as its best attribute. That has certainly changed over the last several months. But my direct team still embodies the culture I thrive on: innovative, caring, positive, and geared towards supporting each other.
I feel as though across industry standards, I'm not compensated as others in my similar position. That said, for me compensation and feeling valued aren't always directly correlated. And there is more that could make me feel valued outside of monetary compensation specifically.
Previously, ZeroFox felt like a place where you could really be heard and where ELT was listening. Those days feel gone. Additionally, it feels as though my team has taken a major back burner and almost doesn't exist anymore. Town Halls feel completely corporate and there is no personal touch.
