
My experience at the company has been a mix of valuable learning growth & challenges. I've taken up responsibilities beyond my role which has helped me grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to the team. However despite my efforts & dedication, there has been issues in terms of recognition

I sometimes feel, my work is not valued enough and feel stuck in my role. A better role where I can grow and better hike.
I enjoy opportunities for continuous learning and growth through leadership opportunities or skill development. Additionally, a positive and collaborative work environment. When colleagues respect and support each other , it creates a productive atmosphere.
My contributions go beyond the expectations of my role. Overtime I have consistently taken on responsibilities beyond my role. Despite my efforts, I often don't recieve the recognition. I believe my compensation should reflect the quality & impact of my work.
A culture that values employee contributions will uplift others' morale and motivation. Encouraging a culture where all team members' opinions and suggestions are considered. A merit based approach for employee compensation and recognition. Leaders should be supportive and mentor their team members
They should actively acknowledge the efforts of team members to boost their motivation. Should provide recognition to individual team members. Should take employee feedback and suggestions seriously to improve the communication within the team. Offer guidance and support instead of pointing of flaw.
