Our team is focused not only on bettering the company as a whole, but enriching our day to day lives, and setting performance challenges to help us level up in general. To increase our knowledge and experience so that we are ready for the next steps in our careers.
ZF has a history of underpaying for employees when compared to those in similar positions in a given area. I'd feel better knowing that ZF finds me as or more valuable that some company that hasn't seen my work. I'd expect to be paid above the market standard if I'm a high performer.
