
My team is always ready to offer help and we communicate well with each other. It feels like a very collaborative environment.
Everyone seems to be eager to improve and there is a strong work ethic amongst my peers. Teams across different functions want to help each other out for the most part rather than dump work on other departments.
Problem solving with customers and making tangible improvements to their ZeroFox experience which ultimately if the ZeroFox tool is working better, we're helping prevent people falling victim to fraud and other cyber attacks. This is a very fulfilling job.
I've invested significant amounts of my own money on different cyber security certifications because ZeroFox either declined outright, or offered to help and later backed out leaving me to unexpectedly to front the bill. Either help with continuing education or offer raises for doing this on our own
The SE leaders are very knowledgable in their craft and do not hesitate to share that knowledge. They fight for me in terms of career progression, and I know they have my back at the end of the day. They go above and beyond and I consider many of the SE leaders as my mentors as well.
