A low level of negativity amongst most orgs. Low negativity is better than being overlay positive
They're positive and upbeat attitudes, and they're gratitude for their work. I'm almost always excited to meet with my team first thing in the morning. As a PM, it's not typically the case that your engineers can bring you so much joy in your interactions.
I don't necessarily feel undervalued, and the company needs to do what they need to do to be financially healthy. However, I believe performance-based bonus programs would help ZF get more out of employees, and reciprocally improve their compensation. I believe this is one important missing piece.
Particularly on the product side, I think Russ is doing an amazing job. He's one of the best product leaders I've had the pleasure working with. On the c-suite side, I think it's impressive how well our finances are now in order, and that we usually have positive news to share for sales/finance
