I have been with the company since 2018. I feel have continued to get raises. I feel very supported by my supervisor. I feel seen as a person despite the fact the company is large. the benefits are really good and I enjoy the amount of vacation and am often encouraged to take my vacation days.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team is small, but I feel like when we get together we have fun and can joke around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they take time to listen and if there is something they can fix they do their best to make it happen
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like we have different backgrounds and can offer different perspectives. Also, some people have been in the field longer and can offer really good suggestions for how to differently/better engage children
