I feel comfortable to go to them and they validate what I say.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best think about my team is that we are a team. They have made me feel like a team member from the first day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not sure that undervalued is the correct word. I feel my thoughts and ideas are appreciated and considered. I feel valued as an employee. I just feel that my years of experience could be financial compensated better.
