I will be here 7 years this coming fall and haved moved from various positions during that time. It has been a challenge and I have been grateful during each move for the support I have received in adjusting to new job responsibilities. I feel that my team is more like family than co-workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling of accomplishment and making a difference in someone's life.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Out of pocket charge for my health insurance monthly is minimal compared to what other companies are charging and I am thankful for that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the change in daily routine -- some days it is a laid-back atmosphere to work in and other days it is a challenging atmosphere. Adelphoi gives me the best of both worlds and I love that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work with is willing to help each other in any way possible. Never do I hear or get the "that's not my job" attitude from anyone. We just all dive in and help one another when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership always seems open to suggestions staff has on improving things or what does or even doesn't work effectively. They are always willing to help whether it be work issues or personal issues -- always there to listen and I feel they are truly committed to the employees at Adelphoi.
