The turnover rate is sky high, because with shares of stock close to 2500.00 per share Autozone can afford to pay little to nothing to hourly employees. As a retired flight attendant with a great pension I work at Autozone to offset the cost of taking care of my parents. AZ uses people period.

When it's slow, and we have enough people to do the job.

Nothing. Only my store manager is worth a damn, and I love my fellow employees

We all try to just make it day by day while working with unsafe, under staffed, underpaid conditions
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all wonderful hard working people trying to make it in an expensive time. They have no idea how much a union would help them, but I am teaching them.
