Autozone is a good company with quality parts but they have the poorest storelevel management I have ever seen or worked with. Just terrible.

Training is very limited and could be imroved greatly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Major need for better and more mature. Management at store level. But I guess you get what you pay for!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to act like the grown ups they are suposed to be They spednd too mch time acting like children and retaliating against subordinates.
