Doing there job they are suppose to do fairly as other employees doing way more and management is ok with that

Knowing that I'm doing something good comes someone.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

More individual employee incentives. Cash rewards for Employee of the Month, for example.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People need to actually care about their jobs.
