Store management sees what we're up against, and are very open to creative solutions. I really appreciate that.

Knowing that I'm doing something good comes someone.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

More individual employee incentives. Cash rewards for Employee of the Month, for example.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People need to actually care about their jobs.
