Best retail job I ever had honestly. Retail is a hard business and you are on your feet and engaging with the public all day. But the discount was nice and I liked the majority of my coworkers. I actually liked working there during Christmas, it made me feel less lonely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would hang out after work with some of my co-workers who are really lovely people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss at the time was a a little bit odd and dreaded dealing with the highly entitled customers in Westerville. He would often tell them if we made a mistake that he would take us outside and beat us later. He thought that would win the customers trust.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was very simple but at that point I was highly qualified so I was a shoe in. I had already had 10 plus years of retail experience under my belt. But overall it wasn't too hard process I just filled out an application and turned it in.
