One of the worst working experiences I've ever had I worked in retail for more than 20 years it's so unprofessional it's disgusting the way management and supervisors treat. The people under them is definitely a violation of rights and an unsafe work environment and it needs to be stopped.

People need to be trained better
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management and people with an authoritative power need to be trained in social skills they do not have social skills they berate talk down and disrespect coworkers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sometimes the money is not worth it the city of industry Costco needs to be investigated for the waitresses employees. There's no training there, emotionally abusive, and mentally abusive.
