Interaction with team members is always pleasant.

It was quick and painless with the 1st and 2nd interviews being done at once with 2 managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are so many benefits included with the compensation package. It covers a very diverse range of employee needs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have had several managers during my employment with Costco and there truly hasn't been one that I wasn't able to work well with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Although my day begins with a fast paced merch environment, it ends with 3 hours at membership service where I can greet members with a smile and a "hello" to either start or end their shopping experience with a good feeling about Costco.
