When your not being told or put down for your sign-ups . Gold Star, Executive or a Triple play . Usually not told good job , it’s is that all .....
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better Communication in the department between management and employees in a group setting not one on one or please tell this person this or that . So everybody here is the same thing and understands
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don’t talk to the employees like Jim did . Our leadership have seem to lost personal touch with the employees. They have seem to forgot that Costco is here because of the employees & it’s members . Mike Has does me a great job with the new Dallas location talking with employees.
