We work together well and everyone is very friendly. No one's worried they aren't getting paid what they're worth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very good at explaining what needs to be done and how in a clear way. Patient with new workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That my benefits as a part time worker are equal to that of a full time worker, even if it takes a bit longer to be eligible.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Being allowed to sit down when on the register would make getting through shifts so much easier, the breaks we get aren't enough when we're on our feet the rest of the time without relief.
