Increased opportunities for topped out employees to cross train in other departments.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was formal but not uncomfortable. I was put to ease rather quickly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Out benefits are some of the best among large companies. We pay very little out of pocket for what we get.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of us truly appreciate Costco's structure and what the company does for it's employees. It shows in the way the employees work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work right along side you. They are real people and show compassion and caring. It isn't necessarily that way in every location but it is in mine.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other. Some of us have been with the company for many years and some for just a few months. Lots of different levels of experience and perspectives. We help each other through things.
