I started at my job almost 5 years ago, im a grill cook and i enjoy my job alot. When servers come back and let us know the guest is satisfied im pleased to know they got what they wanted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well we our all family uo there and that makes it better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I put a lot of work into my job because i love what i do, but when i go out of my way to make sure everythjng is great for the next day i feel like i dont get what i need
