Constant disrespect by management and other coworkers towards employees and customers the disrespect from the location I had been working at was the worst I've ever experienced in my life. I've reported the mistreatment and nothings done. It's a joke.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told it would be full-time and that I would have benefits and found out that they don't hire full-time there and there are no benefits for part-time. They don't listen to anything you say they constantly talk down to you and the customers they're not there to help anybody but themselves.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the coworkers were pretty decent to work with, but there were a good handful that were just like the management that were rude, disrespectful and thought that the job was about them and nobody else and you do what they tell you you don't question it then others think that they get breaks eve
