I used to love my job. Management have gotten so bad with their bullying that the job is becoming unbearable. They humiliate and bully employees. They use the schedule for a fear tool. I have written a letter to HR and stood up to bullying. The manager took my schedule and nothing from HR.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
2 managers are bullies. They are mean, humiliate us, scream at us, and Take our schedules when we stand up for ourselves and others. This causes productivity to be down. Employees are crying at work, walking away from managers because they are screaming at us to do something, and calling off.
