That the time goes real fast and before you know it you're off the job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Like I said earlier, I think from the start from training until a person gets another job. Managers need to be more involved than what they are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, I see the servers the cooking staff all worked well together. I just feel that management sometimes didn't seem that they were in tune with what was happening at least in the kitchen
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think they need to work with the employees better than they do. I think they're problem is they're worried about the front of the house the customer and the food which is important, but I also think that your people that work for you are just as important to.
