Overall it has been very positive at CK. They have excellent leadership and genuinely care about employees and members. Pay and benefits are very generous. The only negative is the work-life balance, partly due to excessive meetings (often 6-7 hours/day), leaving little time to get work done.

The very strong focus on both members and employees, not just lip service.

The company moved very quickly through the process and had excellent, candid communications.

We have a very diverse team and CK makes a concerted effort to make this happen.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Puts members and employees first, not shareholders. This is unheard of in a publicly traded company!
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to limit my time spent in meetings to less than 6 hours a day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent pay, substantial amount of company stock, and a generous benefits package with many extra perks (paid Vegas trip, extra paid week off, etc.).
