constant opportunities to grow and learn through PDP expensing, internal mentorship and CK University courses, ERGs like womens' mentorship groups, etc

Honesty and helpfulness about where I was in the process, where they thought I fit the bill vs wanted to see me grow, etc

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Transparent and equitable compensation across the business, the "bonus" being baked directly into the base compensation mitigates risk of unequal pay, well above market share compensation, opportunity for add'l grants
