If you work hard and like what you do, you'll probably have a good time. If you're lazy, you'll probably have a good time. In general, I wish there was more emphasis on high quality deliverables and timelines, but it's a pretty good job.

More productivity! There's a clear, huge disparity between the top performers and those who are coasting. It's disappointing to see some people carry the weight while others clearly do not.
