everybody strives to understand how their part of the puzzle fits, and how and where trade-offs exist in order to optimize the final complete product.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear strategic direction, decisiveness, and adaptability when the landscape of opportunities evolves. Not too in the weeds, but definitely grounded in the core components of the business and able to bridge the gap between the lowest level employees' day to day and the strategic vision.
