I have had a wonderful experience working at Credit Karma. There are growing pains, but none that are unique to CK and generally happening across the board at all companies. I appreciate the leadership team and how transparent they have been and how thoughtful they have been.

I am content with my comp package for the time being.

I enjoy the work I do and the impact I have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're hardworking, team oriented and a wonderful bunch of people I enjoy seeing everyday and working alongside.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They act with the interest of members first and foremost. They also do the right things by the company and the employees which I really appreciate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People act with empathy and it's one of our core values. That is so important on a human level and not all companies act with empathy or compassion.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fairly quick and we moved to the offer stage very soon after interviewing. I had been interviewing at other companies simultaneously and Credit Karma was the most efficient.
