I've been here about a year and a half and I've had to opportunity to do a diverse set of projects and build numerous skills. I'm always inspired when I hear leadership speak and I love working at a mission driven company.

I have so many opportunities to grow myself and captain my own career.

The team is very compassionate and they emphasize relationship building as much as they value output.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary is certainly competitive and I have a full suite of benefits including health, dental, and vision. On top of that the office space and fringe benefits are excellent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working at Credit Karma is very much an exercise in cooperative teamwork. This can be an adjustment if you're used to being the star player - but I appreciate how the company values everyone. It's refreshing to see that the major wins are the ones where everyone crosses the finish line together.
