Having trust in one another, no micro management. Being helpful to each other. Showing empathy for each other and have a genuine care for each other.

Being friendly yet professional withe the candidate. Making sure the candidate understand the expectation from the each interview stage. Providing the constructive feedback within timely manner

Every single team member they are happy to help each other. Truly believe in the being helpful and support each other. Respect each other's view and having respectful behaviour all the time. No diplomacy which is great.
