Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Re-evaluate the commission formula for those not in corporate. Raises to help with rising cost of living.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It is not motivating to hear corporate celebrating monetary milestones with champagne and such while the boots on the ground are having their commissions cut while the stress level and cost of living rises.
