I'm here more than 30 years and I'm always learning! Whether it's new cutting edge state of the art technology or market analytics and data that not only drives good decisions but provides our clients with the best in class workforce solutions!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working long hours for the last 2 years thru pandemic and even still. Capping our commission doesn't feel right. The number of hours required to maintain the growth we've achieved in the last 2yrs compared to commission compensation (cap) does not seem equitable.
