Well from the door it has been chaos. Nobody knows what their role is, and one person will not do the job the same way the previous did. There's no consistency, no communication and NO direction. The best part about my job is my coworkers and our ability to figure out problems together.

I have been with company for many years for the most part love my job . The bonus plan does work great for some but not everyone is in the same boat . Having to have another job to make ends meat is horrible

Yearly raises to compete with inflation and a fair commission.

Communication and compensation. Figure out a process that makes sense!

there needs to be yearly raises or every other year but something

There is no benefit to be here multi years there needs to be yearly raises

do not take into account years of services, commission plan needs to be looked at for different markets
