I LOVE CC and how we do community events and the community aspect. I wish the higher ups spent time doing the JREC and JAM work - or on the phones with nurses - to see the battles we're facing. I think if they had more hands on experience they can make the changes needed.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some don't micromanage - some do. I like that most have experience in our field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We give back to the communities we live in - LLS and Alz walks, soup kitchen days - not eveyone is money driven.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just feel like we're spread too thin - that the executives don't seem to fully have a realistic expectation or understanding of the current market and how we're trying to compete with gold while offering paper.
