I like being challenged and the work I do is challenging and frustrating as our department does not get the support it needs from other departments to get the job done. I understand other departments get bonuses and we do not and that is Unfair.

The work from home is positive and the support they give to charities is exceptional
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Overworked and underpaid no bonuses for departments that do a tremendous amount of work with limited resources and people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in an environment that I have 35 years experience and feel because of that I am taken advantage of when other cannot do there job on time and I get the same if not less pay as I m not here as long. Compensation should be on experience and work load.
