Our company is inclusive, diverse and if I were to give it a one world answer.. I'd say, OUTGOING!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fully involved - we know each other - even though we all live in different states. We care, we converse - and we work hard and certainly PLAY HARD!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our insurance is wonderful - and CCH is even covering the upped cost for next years coverage. I love that they include life insurance, 401k, and so many other options at little- to- no cost!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love opening up my computer and reaching out to people. We work based off our clients' contracts, however, we also get to be advocates and representatives for the people with find to fill these positions. Being people+human focused, I love finding opportunities for candidates where they feel happy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone here is ALWAYS so supportive! I love that this company is always invested in their employees and I absolutely admire that our motto is, "Do the right thing, because it's the right thing to do." This company lives by that! And CCH is always giving back - couldn't ask for a better work place!
