It's been a great experience and I have grown a lot into my role and I really feel like I can do it with my eyes closed at this point.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working from home, our online work culture, and the opportunity to help people get meaningful jobs is fulfilling!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how diverse and supportive cross country is. Supporting important social causes like MLK holiday/Black History and LGBTQIA+ Pride month, really means a lot to me!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we are not treated as a another number they do a great job of treating us like real humans who deal with real life while having a solid career.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love our team, we all cheer each other, and we truly represent team work. We all get along well it's very nice. I have definitely made some long term friendships from coworkers at CCH and I love that!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as recruiters we make the company a lot of money but don't get paid as much as we should for all our effort. I'm grateful for my position but the recent change in comp plan and loosing MSP's has really hurt the pay out structure since it's much harder to reach 70%+ MSP to get the MSP kicker.
