Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Goals aren't realistic or attainable without working overtime. Supervisors don't give attainable goals during slower times, so it's very unmotivating.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication! Also, while the CEO was saying we "deserved" the time off for Thanksgiving, one of my supervisors was saying that "healthcare recruiting doesn't take days off," but in the same conversation saying that if we did work, they won't be available. I have been spoken to disrespectfully.
