I have been with Cross Country going on 19 years and will say that the last year and a half has been one of the best experiences that I have had with the organization. I'm encouraged by the direction and forward momentum of the company.

The overall experience at CCS has been positive, especially in the last 2-3 years with changes in management. I find that my work, opinions and time are valued and enjoy the flexibility of remote work. I would like to see more opportunity for promotion and growth and benefits such as summer hours

I do not feel that I am compensated in line with current market and have had no promotion opportunity in the last 2-3 years.

I feel that my compensation has not increased enough to keep in line with cost of living. I do not feel that I am compensated for the experience I have in my role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is accountable, responsive, caring and I consider them my friends. All being new to our team in the last year and a half, the experience has been the best in the last 10 years with CCH.

Our leadership team is innovative and looks to its employees for ideas, solutions and improvements. Work-life balance is valued and I feel that I am able to tap into my strengths which allows me growth in my role and with the company.
