Great aside from the pay issue. It is made clear that we are all ONE team and that we all must work together to succeed. Sometimes some departments are overlooked which i think it something that could be worked on but overall, great.

They are communicative and always make sure to share the goals of the company with everyone!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to help each other, understanding, and overall united. We have a great leader in Ellen Perocchi as she always makes sure our needs are met and is always encouraging us to expand our knowledge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The rate of entry level position for the company are currently posted around $20 to start. I believe that everyone's pay who is in said positions, or those similar to it, should be automatically raised to that rate without it affecting our annual review/raise.
