I worked at my company years ago and was laid off due to the economy at the time. I always wanted to come back and was presented with the opportunity to do so a little over a year ago. I'm very glad to be back even though it's a different role but one I wanted to move in to the last time I was here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they value the employees and show their appreciation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its not just everyone for themselves - we are a collaborative team and we support each other and share our tips and best practices.
What makes you most happy at work?
While I do miss the office culture, I also don't miss it because there are no distractions and I can get my work done without constant noise interuptions from co-workers and office equipment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work from home so I do miss the office culture sometimes, but I like working from home because I can get things done on my breaks. Team members are always available electronically for questions.
