I have been here a long time and have loved the majority of my time here. I have met and been mentored by wonderful people. It seems as of late that things are sliding backwards and the solutions that are presented either don't work or make no sense. I would love to love my job again.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my coworkers and my immediate managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we can work remote, it allows me to get everything completed without major distraction. I love my coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are the true definition of a family. Any of us would pick up for the other and make sure things did not lapse. We get along very well and have a great respect for each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We do not get compensated fairly for the amount of work we have plus the pressure we are under. Managers on up the chain have additional pressures from the staff below us so we are getting it from both sides.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have not had a raise in multiple years, cost of living has gone up drastically but my pay has gone down. Bonus/Commission has decreased partly because of the restructuring of the bonus plan which, in my opinion, is not beneficial for smaller branches.
