My overall experience with the company is that it's filled with wonderful people who strive to help others. I'm proud of the work I do. However, I wish I had more on my plate as well as a clearer path for growth and development within the company. I'd love to stay with CCH but I know I can do more.

I was lucky enough to be selected for our mentor program. It was an incredibly rewarding experience. The fact that CCH takes the time to grow employees and connect different departments is a beautiful thing.

The positivity from our departments leadership down.

Knowing that I can impact educators and the students they work with.

I think everyone is dedicated to the people we serve. Everyone is incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding.

They're interest in investing in people. If there are individuals that show drive and passion they take the time to develop them.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work life balance is wonderful. I care about my work and performance but it doesn't negatively impact other areas of my wellbeing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work and function as a team. If somebody is out we pull in the same direction to make sure they're covered for the day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the cost of living being what it is COLA raises would be a great start. Additionally, I don't see a clear path towards growth within my role both in terms of position, as well as salary increases. I think clearer lines of professional development would help.
