I enjoy my job, like coming to work. However, recent layoffs has everyone worried about more layoffs.

I really enjoy my job. I would like to see more opportunities for growth/promotion, but with the past year layoffs, I do not see that as an option.

They share information as soon as it is aviailable.

Glad I have health insurance, but deductible is still high.

Everyone is understanding and willing to help when help is needed.

I'm busy and I am able to help teach members of other teams

My medical insurance covers chiropractic care and my HSA covers the copay for it.

We try to work together toward the end goal, whether it be calling or teams messages/emails.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can get a file cleared for a traveler to go to work, very satisfying knowing you got the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
On our weekly meetings if we discuss what everyone is doing for the holidays, some team members will tell us things about their culture, how they celebrate. I always learn something new.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I accomplish something. If I was a patient, I would want some of our nurses taking care of me, knowing we have taken all the steps to make sure they are good candidates.
