Everybody hypes eachother up to continue to learn and grow. We willingly help one another everyday. We operate as a team and that's what impels us to grow personally and professionally as individuals here too.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love getting somebody a new assignment they're excited about. The moment I get to call someone with an offer and I hear their excitement about this new journey, it reminds me of why I absolutely love what I do!

We care about our travelers here at Cross Country, this is what sets us apart from other agencys. That compassion inevitably runs into our everyday environment working with eachother as collegues. Cross Country is the most positive work environment I have ever had the privilege to be a part of.
