Pretty good company from what I've experienced. I'm busy most of my day but at times don't feel challenged. There is stuff shared regularly with the team to help us improve but I haven't had a 1:1 or annual review to learn specifically what I need to work on but have had some positive feedback.

Learning or sharing something that makes the work easier
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being hourly so it's my choice if I am putting in OT.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are one Cross Country! We may have different roles, but we have the same goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Positive attitudes. Shared frustrations that are often comical. Willingness to help answer questions or lend a hand.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Goals are shared. Invites to lots of things to help keep us connected and aware of where we are heading as a company.
