The overall is good, but they really need to look at what each department does and adjust the pay grade accordingly. The staffing industry is very different from other companies and the departments shouldn't be paid on a pay scale for a typical department when Staffing does so much more.

Being recognized for the work that I do. I have been asking for a promotion for Team Lead for a while and it still hasn't happened even though my work is recognized as a Team Lead calibur
