What are some of the best things about your team?

Most communicate well and are willing to offer assistance. Most are dependable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I get a sense that the company is starting to really care about it's employees well-being.

What makes you most happy at work?

Feeling accomplished; being helpful and assisting my Team; getting work completed; finding mistakes and avoiding errors.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The current team seems to understand that employee morale is important to the bottom line and I feel that I am finally beginning to be valued at this company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued for my seniority. Only my job title seems to matter re: compensation. Teenagers are starting first jobs at a fast food restaurant making 14--16/hr, and when promoted, as much as I do. I've put in 20yrs helping to build what we are now but I could make more selling burgers.
